We want your Spire to feel special for a long time. If something is not right, send us a photo and we’ll help make it right.
What’s covered
If the LED malfunctions or the crystal detaches because of a defect, we’ll replace it. Just email us with your order number and a clear photo or short video.
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 3 days of delivery and we’ll take care of it right away.
Accidental damage
For accidental breaks, we offer a 35% discounted replacement and include a prepaid return label so we can recycle the original.
A quick note on chains
Warranty coverage does not include chains. Please inspect your chain when it arrives and let us know within 3 days if anything looks off.
