Spire includes a 2-Year Limited Warranty for covered manufacturing issues. It does not cover accidental crystal breakage, chain damage after arrival, loss, theft, water damage, drops, impact, crushing, misuse, or unauthorized modification.
Covered
- LED or internal-light failure
- Adhesive separation
- Covered assembly or manufacturing defects
- Eligible abnormal finish or coating failure

- Accidental crystal breakage after delivery
- Cracked, chipped, or shattered crystal after delivery
- Chain damage after arrival
- Loss or theft
- Water damage
- Drops, impact, crushing, misuse, or unauthorized modification
- Ordinary wear
Accidental crystal damage: Eligible accidental crystal damage may qualify for a 25% replacement discount. This is not a warranty replacement and is subject to the current terms and eligibility.
Water: Spire is water-resistant only when fully tightened. It is not waterproof. Do not swim, shower, bathe, or submerge it.

HumanCare adds 3 years of protection from the original covered item delivery date, including the Limited Warranty coverage, one covered accidental pendant replacement per covered Spire, chain protection, and water damage coverage as described in the terms.

Not covered
- Loss or theft
- Intentional damage, abuse, misuse, or unauthorized modification
- Repeated damage after the covered replacement benefit has been used
- Cosmetic wear that does not affect function
- Damage outside the covered term
- Fraudulent or materially inaccurate claims
Chain: One chain-only replacement may be used while the pendant replacement benefit remains unused. If the accidental pendant replacement is used, the replacement pendant includes a chain and no separate free chain replacement remains.
Replacement: Exact crystal and finish are provided where reasonably available. If the exact product is out of stock, discontinued, or not planned for timely restock, RFH may let the customer choose from comparable available Spire or crystal styles. HumanCare has no cash value.
Shipping: Approved HumanCare replacement shipments are subject to customer-paid shipping and handling. Domestic U.S. replacement shipping is currently $7.95. International replacement shipping is not finalized yet and may be quoted separately before the replacement is sent.
Replacement options are subject to available inventory and RFH continuing to operate and fulfill HumanCare service.
Registration and claims
Self-service registration is available for 72 hours from the best reliable carrier-recorded delivery timestamp. If that timestamp is unavailable, HumanCare may require manual review.
To start a claim, email info@reservedforhumans.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. If something unusual happens, contact us and we'll review it fairly.
