We want everything to feel clear and simple. Here’s all the info you need about shipping, returns, and warranty for your Spire Pendant.

Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all Spire Pendant orders within the US.

An express shipping option is available at checkout for an additional fee.

The delivery windows shown on the product page and at checkout (for both Free and Express) are the timeframes we aim for based on our current handling and carrier estimates, not a guaranteed delivery date.

Orders typically ship within 3–5 business days since each Spire is assembled to order.

Express shipping promise

If you choose express shipping and your package is delivered after the end of the express delivery window shown at checkout (excluding delays caused by incorrect address, missed delivery attempts, or carrier issues outside our control), we will refund the express shipping fee upon request.

Tracking

Tracking information will be emailed to you once your order ships.

Returns

You have a 30-day return window from the day your order is delivered.

Items must be in gently used or better condition, with all original components (pendant, chain, batteries, and packaging insert) included when possible.

Returns are intended for people who simply change their mind, receive a gift that isn’t a fit, or feel the Spire isn’t right for them—no hard feelings.

Please note that heavily damaged or clearly worn items may not be eligible for return due to basic hygiene and safety reasons.

  1. Email info@reservedforhumans.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We’ll send simple instructions and, if applicable, a return label.
  3. Once the pendant is received and inspected, we’ll process a refund back to the original payment method (excluding original shipping costs where applicable).

Return shipping costs may be deducted in some cases unless the return is due to a mistake on RFH’s side (e.g., wrong item, defective on arrival).

2-Year Warranty

Each Spire Pendant comes with an automatic 2-year warranty from the order date.

This covers LED failure and normal-use issues with the light mechanism, as well as adhesive-related failures where the crystal becomes loose or separates from the shell.

If covered, RFH will repair or replace your Spire at no additional cost and provide a prepaid mailer to send the original back so components can be reused or recycled.

Breakage in shipping: If the crystal appears to have been damaged in transit, please contact RFH within 3 days of the recorded delivery date with clear photos of the packaging and the pendant. We’ll help file a claim and send a replacement.

Accidental damage: If the crystal is accidentally damaged during normal wear after delivery (e.g., dropped or impacted), RFH offers a 35% discounted replacement Spire pendant of the same or comparable crystal during the 2-year warranty period. This uses the same return-and-recycle flow for the original.
