Incorrect Shipping Info
Please double-check your address at checkout. We are not responsible for packages sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Return Window
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
In its original, unused condition
Returned in the original packaging (if possible)
Please note that cracked, broken, or damaged crystals caused by mishandling or after delivery do not qualify for returns.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
Custom or personalized Spire Pendants
Items damaged due to misuse or neglect
Final sale items (if applicable)
Cracked or broken crystals as noted above
Refunds
Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect it and notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Exchanges
If you received the wrong item or a damaged Spire Pendant (or any other product from us), please contact us within 14 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.
