We want everything to feel clear and simple. Here’s what to expect when ordering a Spire Pendant.
Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all US orders, and free international shipping on orders of $150+.
Shipping options are shown in your cart and again at checkout based on your location. In some cases, express shipping may not be available.
The delivery windows shown on the product page, in cart, and at checkout are the timeframes we aim for based on current handling and carrier estimates. They are not guaranteed delivery dates.
Tracking information will be emailed to you once your order ships.
Returns
We offer a 30-day return window from the day your order is delivered.
Returns are intended for people who change their mind, receive a gift that isn’t a fit, or feel the Spire isn’t right for them — no hard feelings.
Items should be returned in gently used or better condition, with original components included when possible.
To start a return, email info@reservedforhumans.com with your order number and reason for return.
2-Year Warranty
We want you to love your Spire long-term. If the LED malfunctions or the crystal detaches due to a defect, we’ll replace it — just send a quick photo.
If your order arrives damaged, email us within 3 days of delivery and we’ll take care of it right away.
For accidental breaks, we offer a 35% discounted replacement and include a prepaid return label so we can recycle the original.
Coverage lasts 2 years from your order date. Email info@reservedforhumans.com to start a claim.
Please note: our warranty does not cover chains. Please inspect your chain upon delivery and let us know within 3 days if anything looks off. We also recommend checking the chain periodically during wear to make sure everything stays secure.
