Shipping, Returns & Warranty
We want everything to feel clear and simple. Here’s what to expect when ordering a Spire Pendant.
Shipping
U.S. Standard Shipping: $7.95, free on orders $49+. Estimated delivery is 5–8 business days after dispatch. Free and paid Standard use the same service and timing.
U.S. Express Shipping: $15.95, with estimated delivery 2 business days after dispatch for eligible contiguous U.S. addresses and items. Express remains a paid upgrade even when Standard is free. PO boxes, military addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories and restricted goods are excluded. Available services are confirmed at checkout.
International Shipping: $18.95, free on orders $149+. We currently offer one international service to supported destinations. Delivery time varies by country, carrier and customs; we do not promise a fixed international delivery date. Available countries and final shipping charges are confirmed at checkout.
Dispatch: In-stock orders received for processing before 2 PM Central Time, Monday–Friday, are expected to ship that business day. Later orders start processing the next business day. Weekends and holidays are excluded. The cutoff applies when our fulfillment center receives the order for processing, so checkout time alone does not guarantee same-day dispatch. Any additional processing time is reflected in the product and cart estimates.
Transit time starts after dispatch. Weekends and holidays are excluded from business-day estimates. Our storefront uses a conservative U.S. holiday calendar for orders dispatching from the U.S. Inventory holds, order sync, peak volumes, carrier delays and customs checks can extend these estimates. Dates shown are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates.
Prices and free-shipping thresholds above are in USD and use the merchandise subtotal after discounts, before shipping and tax. Free shipping covers Standard or the international service shown; it does not include an Express upgrade. Duties, taxes or import charges may apply to international orders; checkout shows any charges collected there.

Returns
We offer a 30-day return window from the day your order is delivered.
Returns are intended for people who change their mind, receive a gift that isn’t a fit, or feel the Spire isn’t right for them — no hard feelings.
Items should be returned in gently used or better condition, with original components included when possible.
To start a return, email info@reservedforhumans.com with your order number and reason for return.
Warranty + HumanCare
Spire includes a 2-Year Limited Warranty for covered manufacturing issues, including LED/internal-light failure, adhesive separation, and covered assembly defects.
If your order arrives damaged, email us within 3 days of delivery and we’ll take care of it right away.
HumanCare is optional added protection for eligible Spires during the registration window. It adds accidental pendant replacement, chain protection, and water damage coverage as described in the current terms.
