Overview

These terms apply when you use the Reserved for Humans website, buy a product, or contact us through the site. By using the site, you agree to these terms.

Products

Spire Pendants use natural crystals, so color, pattern, inclusions, and glow may vary from piece to piece. Product photos are shown as clearly as possible, but every stone is naturally different.

Orders

Orders are processed through Shopify checkout. Prices, availability, discounts, and shipping options may change over time. We may cancel or refund an order if there is a payment issue, inventory issue, or suspected misuse.

U.S. Standard Shipping is $7.95, free on orders $49+, with estimated delivery 5–8 business days after dispatch. Express is $15.95 for an estimated 2 business days after dispatch on eligible U.S. orders. International Shipping is $18.95, free on orders $149+; timing varies by destination and customs. Rates and thresholds are USD, based on merchandise subtotal after discounts. Dispatch cutoffs, eligibility, holidays and other shipping details are on our Shipping & Returns page.

Returns

You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to return or exchange it. Returned items should be in gently used or better condition, with original components included when possible. To start a return or exchange, email info@reservedforhumans.com with your order number and the reason.

If your order arrives damaged, email us within 3 days of delivery and we will take care of it.

Returns are separate from the warranty. Spire includes a 2-Year Limited Warranty for covered manufacturing issues, such as LED or internal-light failure, adhesive separation, and covered assembly defects. It does not cover accidental crystal breakage, chain damage after arrival, loss, theft, or water damage. Optional HumanCare protection adds coverage as described in its terms. SMS Terms

Program name: Reserved for Humans Text Alerts.

If you opt in, Reserved for Humans may send text or RCS messages about offer activation, discount reminders, product drops/restocks, cart reminders, order and care updates, early access, customer support, and other RFH updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Reply HELP for help. Reply STOP to unsubscribe. Reply START to resubscribe. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Consent to receive text messages is not required to make a purchase.
