Products

Spire Pendants use natural crystals, so color, pattern, inclusions, and glow may vary from piece to piece. Product photos are shown as clearly as possible, but every stone is naturally different.

Orders

Orders are processed through Shopify checkout. Prices, availability, discounts, and shipping options may change over time. We may cancel or refund an order if there is a payment issue, inventory issue, or suspected misuse.

Returns

We want you to love your Spire. Return details and eligibility may be shown at checkout, in order emails, or on the website. If you need help, contact us and we will do our best to make it simple.

SMS Terms

Program name: Reserved for Humans Text Alerts.

If you opt in, Reserved for Humans may send text or RCS messages about product drops, restocks, order updates, early access, customer support, and other RFH updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Reply HELP for help. Reply STOP to unsubscribe. Reply START to resubscribe. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Consent to receive text messages is not required to make a purchase.
