Frequently Asked Questions
All of our crystals are 100% natural and ethically sourced from major deposits around the world — like moss agate from India or amethyst from Brazil. Each one is unique, with its own natural patterns and colors. No two are exactly alike! We don’t use lab grown or synthetic stones.
To turn the light on, twist the bottom of the metal housing clockwise until the LED turns on and the crystal and bottom of the housing feel snug. (The crystal should be in line with the logo on the housing when on.) We’ve made a short step-by-step video showing exactly how to use your pendant — watch it here. To turn it off, twist the bottom of the housing counterclockwise slightly until the light goes off, making sure the crystal and bottom housing still feel snug and secure.
Each pendant comes with two extra battery packs included. Typically, the batteries last around 150 hours of continuous use. We’ve made a detailed video showing how to replace the battery — watch it here. The battery packs are made up of two 377 SR626W batteries wrapped together. This wrapping is critical to prevent short-circuiting. You can buy replacements directly from us.
The electronics are water-resistant. Rain and light moisture are fine, but do not submerge or wear while swimming or showering. Crystals like green/blue fluorite can become brittle with prolonged water exposure. Pat dry gently if it gets wet.
Avoid dropping or exposing the pendant to harsh conditions. Store it in a dry place. Most crystals are sensitive to water and sun. Amethyst and fluorite may fade in strong sun. Pat dry gently if wet.
Every crystal is unique. While your pendant will match the general style shown, it will have its own natural variations. We do not hand-pick the stones, making each one a genuine one-of-a-kind.
